Strong headache after the class! Hi everyone!
I had my first class of hot yoga yesterday and I felt very very bad during the class because it was really hot for me. All day after the class I had very strong headache. Can somebody explain to me way it is happened? I really want to improve my body with yoga.
lateral knee pain whilst attempting tadasana... I started hot yoga after a 3 year hiatus from power yoga. I thoroughly enjoy the benefits and the rigour of the workout. Only one problem though, i get lateral(outside) knee pain when I begin to invert my lifted leg. Am I doing the pose incorrectly? What can I do to properly get into this position pain free. thanks.

Is it vital to have your heels together and arms right by your sides in savasana? I know that the savasana instructions say to keep your heels together and arms right by your sides. However, to me, it always feels more normal and natural to lie in savasana with my heels about hip width apart, and my hands pretty far out to my sides. What do I need to take to a posture clinic? What do I need to take to a Bikram Yoga posture clinic? It’s an all day event so I’m wondering if I need to take double the amount that I would normally take to a class. That is, two towels, extra water, two sets of work out clothes etc.
