Who and what is The Hot Yoga Doctor - and more importantly - how can she help YOU?
Gabrielle Raiz is the Hot Yoga Doctor's real name -- and the moniker "Doctor" comes from her original career as a practicing Dentist and then applying her deep medical knowledge to her Hot Yoga teaching practice.
(Did you know that Dentists must learn a detailed anatomy of the head? One of the most complex structures in the body!)
From there, people began to ask her very technical questions about the poses, including other teachers -- and someone (probably her husband) started calling her Dr. Yogini -- and it stuck!
