Hi Gabrielle,

Wow, this looks awesome!!  Can’t wait to order it.  Could you tell me, is there a way of just heating my own exercise room so I can use the hot yoga techniques on my own?  I was thinking of something like a floor heater.  This may be a ridiculous question, but I thought I’d ask it anyway!  smile

Thanks!

Hi Corinne

Thank you for you comment. It means a lot to me.

Your question is FAR from ridiculous. I know there is some information on the forum and I also know it is covered in some depth in a certain upcoming publication (wink, wink). Head on over to the forum and we can continue to discuss it there! http://www.hotyogadoctor.com/index.php/site/forum/viewthread/35/

Always happy to help

I am really looking forward to reading this and watching the videos!  I have been practicing for about 5 months now 4-5 days a week and have found amazing things happening to my body, but do have some of the issues discussed in your report.  I am like a sponge right now in my quest for more knowledge on how this yoga can continue to strengthen my body and heal my many spinal issues.  I can’t wait for this publication! So excited!

Thank you!
Rhonda

Dear Gabrielle, I’m always confused between the terms ‘Yoga Teacher’ and ‘Yoga Instructor’. Could you please help me out with this confusion of mine. Thank you:-)

Hi
@Rhonda Thanks for the enthusiasm! cheese We are very excited to bring this to you…

@Naheed, generally both terms are used quite interchangeably. I prefer ‘instructor’ but use them both for variety.

Warmly

I’m very very curious to see how valuable and helpful your MasterClass IS! It is a nice way to use it as a guide to practice hot yoga at home.

Warmly,
Chaker

Hi,
I have a right shoulder chronic tightness/pain for more than 20 years (I’m 44years old.  Tightness/locking was probably caused by repetitive motion injury during computer use prior to the ergonomic days.  I understood some of your ideas of rolling the shoulder back (pp. 40-43 of the big Masterclass book) but was wondering if you have suggestions on how to bring back alignment or unlocking of my right shoulder.

(When I do the pose of Nobility when you interlock fingers behind your back, I can do it when my right arm is above the head.  I CANNOT do it when the left arm is up—meaning I cannot bring my right arm behind my back because something in my shoulder is locked.)

Any helps?

Sincerely,
Margaret Wen
