(And no, he doesn’t get religious - in fact Robert specifically asks him about the perceived conflict in yoga with spirituality and religion).

Hello, to anyone this may concern. I have taken hot yoga class and I loved it, it mayed me feel good I have to take more in do more hot yoga in the future, I have ms and am on a path to freeing my self of this disease and leting my body heal itself; giving my body ,mind what it really need all around peace and harmony.
