Here are some questions we have been answering this week about the launch of The Hot Yoga MasterClass™:
What EXACTLY am I paying for?
When you buy the Hot Yoga MasterClass™ you will receive a package which includes:

Why does my PayPal invoice say “$19.95 for each month” when you said it is free?
- The VIP Membership is FREE for 2 months when you purchase your package.
- You PAY NOTHING for the VIP Membership for 2 months.
- If you choose to stay a VIP Member there will be NO CHARGE until the 3rd month.
- The way it is described on the PayPal invoice is out of our hands.
- It does reflect what you will be charged per month if you continue your subscription.

Can you explain what I am seeing on the WorldPay and PayPal payment pages?
(If it were up to me, I’d have them re-designed!! LOL!)
When you pay for your package you will be taken to a screen where the final price is visible.
Just look for the FINAL payment price.
If you have used a coupon, the price you pay will show the full price minus the coupon value, but will also show the full undiscounted price (next to the product description) on the same page.
We know this may be causing confusion for some people and we cannot tamper with the WorldPay and PayPal payment systems. The main thing to look for is the final price and that the coupon discount has been applied.
Both these systems continue to describe the products with the full price even when your coupon is applied.
You will also see the product description which always shows the un-discounted price.
Only PayPal and WorldPay have the power to change the descriptions here!

Now that is a very good question. When the launch week officially ends, we will close the doors for a little while and do a stock count and see what is left.
