Hello
Just found your site, and have been reading through some of the reports for the last 4 hours, so have not been working much today. Thx so very much for the open and informative site, full of great tips and ideas. I am new to yoga, so need all the simple to understand support I can. I am trying to turn this body into something worthy of my expectations. At 53, this month, I start to feel the stiffness of life and yoga has been a great outlet for me. keep up the great work… you are MEGA yogaman

Thanks yogaman!

You have been doing a lot of reading then!

I’m “only” 49, but I must admit, when I started Bikram yoga back in 2000 and got into a regular practice, after about 6 months I felt better than I had since I was 16 ... and that can’t be a bad thing ...

(I wasn’t at all active and had a very umm .."demanding" career in the music biz which was less than kind to my body)

I used to race motorcycles too - as a result I dropped 5 seconds a lap directly due to yoga (I did no other training) - and believe me, 5 seconds is a LOT when you are searching for every 1/10th!

So a warm welcome to you and just jump in whenever you wish and ask questions in the forum - Gabrielle is pretty quick at replying and there are plenty of others in there who are happy to help out whenever you need it ...

Cheers,

Robert
