Shipping
I ordered several items, but I have only received some
Please be aware that CDs and Pose Tutorial DVDs are sent separately to The Hot Yoga MasterClass package from a different fulfilment center. If your complete order does not arrive then please contact us asap.
How long will my shipment take?
All products are shipped via USPS Priority (or First Class mail inside the US).
Delivery inside the US is generally within 2-3 days.
Delivery outside the US is between 6-21 days (this depends on the destination - some countries are much slower, unfortunately this is outside our influence!). We have shipped to over 35 countries world-wide with 100% success rate.
Where do the products ship from?
They all ship from the USA. The Hot Yoga MasterClass Manual/DVD Package ships from Illinois and the CDs and Pose Tutorial DVDs ship from New York. We ship anywhere in the world!
Can I choose a faster/different shipping method?
Yes you may, but we'll need to set this up with you manually. Please contact us at help@hotyogadoctor.com.
Is there a tracking number for shipping?
Unfortunately we are not supplied with any tracking numbers by USPS International Priority, so we cannot offer you a tracking number.
What is the declared value of the package(s)? Will I need to pay duties?
For international shipping, packages are labelled “Educational Products” to help avoid unnecessary duties, nevertheless all duties are the responsibility of the receiving party and we cannot be held liable for any local levies.
Do you ship to the Philippines?
Yes we can ship to the Philippines (and have done so on several occasions). The shipping would be US47.90 – you can calculate this anytime by adding any product to the shopping cart at (“Add to cart”), then selecting “View cart”. Under your cart items and total, there is a box called “Estimate shipping cost” – enter your region, click on “Estimate shipping” and you will see the result!
I'm in Australia - as your head office is situated here, do you have local stock?
Since 85%+ of our customers are located in the US, we took the decision not to have local stock – we may have had to increase the cost of the actual manual to cover the huge comparative cost of shipping a small quantity into Australia from our overseas printer. It's hard to see this local volume ever increasing unfortunately, so I think we're unlikely to have local stock anytime soon.
My order has not arrived - what should I do?
Please email help@hotyogadoctor.com with your order details (and your order ID Number if you have it please!) and we will look into this immediately!
My shipping address is different from my billing address - where do I enter these?
Easy! You will see at checkout you have the option to make these the same or different. Please be aware this can sometimes cause a credit card to be rejected due to anti-fraud systems. If this is the case, we recommend using PayPal as your alternative payment processor.
Do you ship to American "APO" addresses? I can't seem to find this option in your drop down menu?
Yes we do - just put your APO as your "City" and use the State that the APO is in and we'll take care of it.
Why does a "free shipping" offer still show the shipping amounts?
Actually if you look at the "Total" in your Cart at Checkout, you will see that the shipping has been deducted and that there is a note saying "free shipping". The original amount is still listed above this as the Cart shows the standard shipping option and then makes it free. Confused? We were ...
Do Australian purchases include GST?
Yes, all HYD products delivered to Australia include GST. If you specifically need a Tax Invoice for your GST accounting, please ask at help@hotyogadoctor.com and we'll be glad to send you one!

Do you have a teacher training program?
We are likely to have something but not until early-to-mid next year – we recently surveyed our members about this and we're still putting the results and plans together.
How do I download the MP3? How does this work?
Here's how it works (it is pretty simple and if you have any issues, we're here to help). After your purchase is completed, you will see a “download” link on your receipt/purchase invoice while online – click this and you'll be taken to a download page. Simply “right click” on the files to download them to your computer (there are instructions there for you). You will also receive an email also containing the download links.
How do I add the MP3 class to my iPod?
Go to the Apple tutorial on this page and look under “Tips”, it tells you how to add an mp3, wma or aac file to iTunes.

The files must first be downloaded and residing on the computer where iTunes is, after which the operation is simple!
Can I have a receipt for my purchase?
You should have received an automatic email purchase receipt from us identical to this one - sometimes they get into the spam box! Please contact us for a replacement should you need one.
I bought the mp3 and would like to burn it to a CD. Can I do this - and if so, how?
Yes you can, providing it is for personal use only. It is quite easy, here are some instructions. If you have a PC it's super-simple to burn a CD using Windows media Player – here are instructions: http://maximumpcguides.com/windows-vista/burn-an-audio-cd-using-windows-media-player/ Once you have downloaded the files, you'll need to use the “Standing Series” for one CD and the “Floor Series” for the another as one CD cannot hold a 90-minute class. I can't seem to download the MP3 or PDF I purchased.
Perhaps you did not spot the download link? If so, here's what to do: Look up your original Order ID. Enter this number into the "Track my order(s):" box at http://www.hotyogadoctor.com/store/ You will then be re-sent the link to download and try again. Remember you will probably need to right click and "Save Target As.." to get the files onto your computer.
If you still have issues downloading or with possible corrupted files, then email help@hotyogadoctor.com with your Order ID and we'll be right there to help you!
Membership
I'm still getting emails from you even after I purchased my Hot Yoga MasterClass. Do you have a system to remove me from promotional emails?
We DO have a separate list system for purchasers of the Hot Yoga MasterClass – but you may be registered at HotYogaDoctor.com under a different email address to that which you used to purchase your package, and our system isn't quite clever enough to take care of that one!
Our recommendation is for you to change the email addresses in our membership and shopping cart systems to be the same – please send an email to help@hotyogadoctor.com by forwarding the last promotional email you received and which email address you would prefer remains in our system and we will fix it up.
How do I unsubscribe from your emails?
There is usually a link at the bottom of any of the emails which will unsubscribe you directly on clicking it (it varies slightly depending on where they come from – I use two different servers). If you can't find it, or it doesn't work, just let me know and I can do it manually for you.
I have two accounts at the Hot Yoga Doctor. How do I delete one?
Members cannot delete their own accounts. Send an email to help@hotyogadoctor.com and we will take care of it for you - remember to be VERY clear which account you wish to keep and which one you wish to have deleted as it is not reversible!
I'm having trouble registering at the Hot Yoga Doctor - can you help please?
Yes it's a little issue we have sometimes with AOL – sorry about that. It only affects registration, not anything else, but we can manually register you. Please send a request to help@hotyogadoctor.com and we'll manually add you. You will also receive a welcome email from us shortly after that with all your details!
My username and password do not work at the Hot Yoga Doctor store?
This is normal! The Shopping Cart system works independently of the main Hot Yoga Doctor portal. We recommend you either "Checkout As Guest" (best option) or simply set up another account in the Store.
Where can I change my user details for the Hot Yoga Doctor?
Go to http://www.hotyogadoctor.com/index.php/site/forum/member/profile/ and you will find all your account profile settings. If you need a password reset, then go here http://www.hotyogadoctor.com/vip/profile.php
How do I upgrade my membership at the Hot Yoga Doctor?
Go to http://www.hotyogadoctor.com/vip/member.php and choose your preferred membership option from the drop down menu ... choose your payment processor and you are away. Memberships are automatically upgraded once the payment is completed - just refresh your page or click a Private Member's link and you'll have immediate access.
How do I cancel my paid membership subscription?
Go to http://www.hotyogadoctor.com/vip/member.php and follow the directions for cancelling. If you prefer, we can do it for you - just send an email with all your details to help@hotyogadoctor.com
My username/password isn't working - what could be the problem?
Funny enough, the most common issue we have is the inadvertent mistyping of a password. They ARE case sensitive, so please be vigilant! I'm not receiving your email confirmations

Can I upgrade my monthly membership to the Private Members' Club to a Charter Member Membership?
Yes you certainly can! First go to http://www.hotyogadoctor.com/vip/member.php and purchase the Charter Member option. Then email us to let us know you have completed this step and we'll cancel your monthly subscription and add any days remaining from that month to your annual membership!
