Shipping / Returns
All physical Hot Yoga Doctor products are sent from our fulfilment centers in the US.
You can calculate your shipping costs quickly and easily:
- Add the product you want to calculate to the cart – “Add to cart”
- Select “View cart” from the Cart box situated on the right-hand menu
- Scroll down to see “Estimate shipping cost”
- Enter your Country, State/Province and Zip
- Click on “Estimate” and you will see the exact shipping charges that will be applied to your order!
Hot Yoga MasterClass Manual & DVD Packages ship from Illinois, US. If your order is received before 1.45pm US Central Time then it will normally be shipped that day.
Hot Yoga MasterClass CDs and Pose Tutorial DVDs ship from New York, US and will usually ship the following day.
All products are shipped via USPS Priority (or First Class mail inside the US).
Delivery inside the US is generally within 2-3 days.
Delivery outside the US is between 6-21 days (this depends on the destination - some countries are much slower, unfortunately this is outside our influence!). We have shipped to over 35 countries world-wide with 100% success rate.
For international shipping, packages are labelled “Educational Products” to help avoid unnecessary duties, nevertheless all duties are the responsibility of the receiving party and we cannot be held liable for any local levies.
Packing
The Hot Yoga MasterClass is a LARGE and HEAVY box of goodies! While we try to keep the shipping costs down, it is important that your premium package is well-packed.
In the unlikely event of you receiving a damaged (or faulty) product, please notify us immediately either at help@hotyogadoctor.com or using the “Contact Us” link at the top of the page and we will attend to this asap. It would help if you can also quote your original order number! Your satisfaction is the highest priority.
Returns
Any product returned (either under the “Satisfaction Guarantee” or for replacement) must be authorised by us first. Please contact help@hotyogadoctor.com for your return authority.
Returned product must be packed to avoid any damage on return shipping or we may not be able to issue a full credit/refund.
Only once we are notified that the package has been received will we issue any refunds, if due. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer with the exception of replacement of damaged products.
If this return is a damaged product for replacement, we will refund your shipping costs on receipt of an invoice/receipt.
