I began to have dark patches on my elbows and knees (right below my knees) from knee poses, etc. And it has been getting itchy too!! It looks “scaly now” and dark now… I’ve been learning hot yoga for 3 months now.

Just wondering, has this happened to anyone before? Hope I can get some insight on this…
