    Granted, I’m only about a month into practice, but I have had the following cravings after classes:

    hot pastrami and provolone on rye with spicy mustard
    spicy garlic chicken wings
    tacos with hot sauce
    habanero jack cheese

    Hrmmmmmm… 😉

    One interesting thing for me, though, is that food tastes *much* better after class. Especially the pastrami sandwich – it was the best one I have *ever* had!

    talk about the cravings? my yoga studio has the nerve to be right next to a pastry store the coconut cake so delish 6 wks in and I’ve gained weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!but I also quit smoking 6 wks ago so im trying to hang in there hopefully I will start craving healthier food

    a donut king store is right above ours !!
    PS the cravings after class is a good thing. that means your adrenals have not been over taxed shutting down your digestion and desire to eat. your system is calm saying we just worked… feed me!LOL (the way it should work)

    I think you are working up a good appetite in there and eventually your interest in high fat salty foods will decrease.
    You might even want to concientiously switch to a tuna salad sandwich. Maybe even a fruit smoothie to replenish yourself.
