I cannot keep my feet from separating so I caanot get f my fingers behind my heels – best I can do is one behind and one one the side. Am I better just holding my ankles and trying to bring my knees together or just keep forcing everything ?

Firstly, can you please clarify which pose you have questions about (I am guessing it’s Pada Hastasana – Hands to feet pose) ? If you do that for me, I will move your post to the relevant thread and we can come up with a solution for you! 🙂
