Hello … I am fairly new at yoga … I been doing Hot Yoga for 23 days and doing the 30 day challenge. …and love it… But I have been feeling bloated and gross, my jeans feel tighter and I’m icky and swollen. I’m also very itchy … I drink 8 glasses of water a day and just started to take Magnesium potassium Vitamin …I also do not sweat too much … Can you pls help me … Thank you

You also mentioned, you do not sweat too much.
Has this always been the case or is that something you discovered recently (since practising hot yoga)?
