Hi all,
I am just wondering if an experienced yogi can answer this tough question. I am a very active person. I hike three times a week, kayak when the weather allows, and bike ride. I am just starting my hot yoga journey and am wondering if it will help with cellulite. I am not over weight (5’8, 125lbs) and am active, but cannot seem to lose the dimples. My yoga instructor told me hot yoga will help, as most times cellulite is to do with circulation, which hot yoga will greatly improve.
I realize yoga will help circulation, but will it really help rid a 40 year old of her full body dimples?

I am hoping that others with that experience come and post so that it is not just coming from me! Circulation really does improve and so do many skin imperfections like scarring, dimpling and ‘cellulite’. It is very rejuvenating.
How many times per week are you planning on going LFB?

Thanks for your comment. I will try to go three days a week. I have a lot of activities in my life, including two girls (im a single parent)
However, winter is looming so weekday hikes and kayaking trips will likely come to an end.
Is 2-3 times a week enough? Also, would you recommend doing them consecutively, or space them out during the week?
