I came across this book and thought it might be a good holiday gift. The name of the book is ” The mylifeframework: A Model for a Successful Life based on Yoga Principles.”

I’ll just caution on one thing, lot of deep yoga concepts are written in the book in very casual manner. To get full benefit, it’s a good idea to read more than once.
