Anyone out there able to assist or give me some guidance as to what they have found beneficial to help really bad sinuses (a “design fault” according to my ENT Specialist).
I find it so hard to get climitatised if have been away and sometimes even on the warm up breathing I am having problems getting enough air in!
Would be greatly appreciated ( and I am sure my neighbours at class would like the sniffing to stop!)
Someone I know had some really great success with “Breathe Right” strips, I know they help me with running to get more air in through my nasal passages!
They are like sticky strips you put over the bridge of your nose to open your airways up. Have a look at the chemist, usually they are marketed to help people stop snoring!
Hi Fiona
I don’t know how I missed your post. Thanks Juliette for making me aware of it. 😉
If you’re still having trouble with feeling as if you are not getting enough air in then please let me know. Can you tell me where you feel that constriction, tightness or inability? Obviously you are getting enough air but there could be something to do with the rhythm of your breath or the way you’re breathing that has you feeling compromised. Most breathing problems can be explained or fixed by physics and biochemistry. Waiting with bated breath for your response … 😆
Namaste
Gabrielle 🙂
