I did start bringing chopped up fruits in separate containers so that I have a separate amount to eat. Also baby carrot sticks, crackers if I’m still hungry, like you said. I’m not sure if my energy was better, but I definitely felt more clarity. Maybe my sleep isn’t up to par as well. Hoping it will get better soon! Thanks for the tips, definitely keeping them in mind! Will keep you posted 🙂
