Well Hello

I didn’t know where to post this but. I’m gonna try here !

I have been wondering. If i took my birth control pill about 30min before a 90min session of Hot Yoga (when i woke up) . Is there any chance that the heat, made me sweat the hormones off? Like was it effective anyways?
