I have been doing Hot Yoga since early April. First I was constipated. For the last 6 weeks, I have had bouts of diarrhea. Is this a Hot Yoga internal cleanse or do I need an M.D.?

Thanks. Since I had not had changes before, after reading the link, I should just continue the routine. Hopefully, I am in a healing mode!
