Hi everyone!

I am new to this forum. I went to hot yoga for two months and LOVE IT!!! I lost weight, not as much around the tummy but, I have noticed that after hot yoga my bum is flat. What can be the possible reasons?

I call my bottom my bikram bum LOL because it toned it up and made it round and full and lifted up

A friend commented on mine that my bottom was where it was suppose to be lol.
