    I am 65 y male in good health. 5’7″ & 170 lbs.
I have been an exercise enthusiast for 35 years with lay-offs from time to time.
I’ve done weight machines, various aerobic machines, road bike and a lot of swimming. Never was a runner after military service.
I’ve been practicing Bikram 5-7 times per week for 15 months, yep, love it.
There are some nagging physical injury issues (ham strings) I’m dealing with but now I have a knee that really concerns me.
I believe I have ligament (medial) with inflammation and slight swelling. I noticed pain several days ago but was so slight I didn’t stop, After 3 days of slow build in intensity of pain, I laid off today.
My studio and the instructors are first rate. After some resting of the knee, we will focus on set-up and moderation to rehab.
I just wonder how long after NO PAIN I can start back.

    Hi Joe

Your knee (and your hamstrings) was the subject of this thread! What news have you for me? I have questions to ask you. Are you still interested in exploring this after all this time? It’s possibly handled. There are generally simple technical fixes for poses with hamstring and knee issues. But I would need to know more.

    Meet you back here? 😉

    Namaste
    Gabrielle 🙂
