    Hello Gabrielle,
first I would love to say how much I really enjoy your sight. Automatically I saw how much effort and joy you put into making it. just today I have completed a yoga practice (I have never attended a class) and I really enjoyed it, using your advice on watching my alignment.
normally I have mild to moderate knee pain when I release the Tree Pose, or after running. the pain is inside my knee, on the lower inside. it is hard to explain, and I have not seen a doctor. I am becoming concerned because I have P.E. class this year and I am afraid of damaging my knees with the running. also, I try to avoid it as much as possible but i sometimes get a nasty “Crunch!” on the inside of my knee, it feels like the knee moves in it’s socket and then pops back.:snake:
You see, now I wonder if I have been doing something wrong this whole time, since just today I did my poses without knee pain, even the ones that normally hurt my knees. I have very low arches( and my big toe is sort of messed up and crooked from wearing to small shoes), so I have been working on strengthening the feet ankles and legs. The problem is, because of my awkward foot- placement, I have crappy balance and I am not sure about my alignment. please if you have any advice I would be grateful :red:
