Hi,
I have recently had a nerve injury…not sure if it is sciatica, but I have excruciating pain in the pelvic joint which shoots down my leg. I am unable to sit/stand. The neurologist have recommended some medicines, which are good but have long term side effects.
I do feel that these medicines are helping me but I am looking for long term solution. I used to do bikram yoga regularly (4 times a week) , I am wondering if I should join back and whether it will help relieve the pain.
also, I would like to know if there are poses that will help me get rid of the pain, which I can start at home.
