I was wondering whether all the sweating from yoga would dehydrate my skin and make going to the solarium unpleasant. Or if I were to go to the solarium first, would it have some effects on my yoga? Maybe I’m just being over pre-cautious, but I’d love to hear some of your thoughts.

I really have no idea as to whether the experience would be unpleasant as a result of sweating.

Sweating dehydrates and rids the body of electrolytes. So both do need replenishment. The answer to your question is probably quite complex with convoluted biochemical considerations to be taken into account.

Of course I wonder whether there is a good reason for you to go to the solarium!
