    Hi Everyone,
    Normally I am not for taking additional nutritional supplements. I am however attending the Bikram Teacher Training in exactly a month. They supply the lunch buffet however I am a little concerned about getting addequate nutrients since I will have such little time during the day to eat other than lunch…can anyone recommend what type of supplements i should get including good brands? I only want to take them temporarily- I dont want to waste my money either, on brands I dont know about!

    I really appreciate anyones feedback..

    (no need to include electrolyte brands tho 😉 )

    Google search vitamins and supplements, or go into your local vitamin shop (GNC, wholefoods, trader joes), and speak to someone that works there, they should be able to give you accurate recommendations based upon your height, weight, metabolism, etc. and also explain to them the type if training you’re preparing for.
