Hi,
I am currently in my 6th week of yoga and on day 22 of a 30 day challenge.
I am finding this posture hard! I have pretty tight hamstrings anyway, but have still managed to improve in other postures. But in this one, I still can’t get my hands to my feet, maybe to my big toe on a good day.
My yoga studio encourages straight leg stretching – ie. trying to get the knees as locked as possible.
Any tips on how I can improve?
