    Thank you Gabrielle, I think you have hit on what I’ve been doing wrong–my butt is down before I sit back, but sometimes I do have space between my ankles and hips, creating that W position, or my foot twists a little bit, either of which is probably what’s causing me pain. I will try it today with your advice in mind and see how it goes. Thanks a lot!
