    Just a quick update:

The dots have started to subside a little. I was doing some research, and as I looked at the diagram for the lymphatic nodes, I noticed all of my dots are located exactly in those areas.

Does it mean anything? I know the function of the lymphatic system, but like I mentioned, I’ve always been relatively active, and I eat naturally. The only thing I can think of is some insane amount of stress I’ve had in the last year or so. But nothing else.

Any ideas? Could it be related?

    Thanks 🙂

Thanks bunni and parkbunny for replying.

Could it be a heat rash? Maybe some hydrocortisone would help?

I looked up heat rash. I honestly don’t know. Some of my dots develop whiteheads and some don’t. The ones with no head are red bumps, and always in a cluster.

Could it be her skin cleaning out? You know they say sometimes things get worse before they get better.

Your body may be ridding it self of toxins where it’s needed or where it can.

Yes, I’ve heard about the cleansing process. That’s what I was hoping for. It’s been 1.5 months since it started. How long does it take for the body to clear itself? I’ve been pretty diligent with my diet for the past 10 years or so. I learned the hard way that my body doesn’t like processed food. So I eat a lot of fresh wholesome food, and only whole-grains. No refined carbs, and hardly any sugar. Only natural honey, and on occasion unrefined sugar, but rarely. I drink maybe once a month or so, quite moderately.

    Thanks 🙂

    Hi Gabrielle,

Thanks for getting back to me so fast.

Are those areas defined, with a hard edge? Or do the spots feather or peter out?

I’d say they were feathering. Now with the whole thing getting worse, I have more dots all over on my neck (still a lot more on the right side, just 2-3 on the left) and a lot on the center part. The right side has so many that they are now starting to peter out actually, and now they are also on the lower part of my jaw.

I’m very conscious not to touch my face, neck while practicing. Mainly because I want to minimize the distractions and to stay calm and focused. I’m using a headband to keep the sweat away from my face. I do sweat a lot, but I have a clean hand towel that I use only to clean the sweat off my eyes when it burns (they don’t burn as they used to a few weeks back) and I use a clean towel for my face in the floor series.

I haven’t seen my doctor yet. I was hoping to give it a few weeks to pass, but after Easter holidays, I’m gonna see him, since the skin condition is getting worse.

I agree that the wash isn’t working. I’m actually quite confused about this whole thing. I’ve never had any issued even remotely resembling this.

    Thanks again 🙂
