    Hello all I am new at Hot Yoga just started last week, this will be my second week going in. I too build muscle fast and may lose inches first, but my concern is the midsection that is my hardest challenge, just wondering will doing hot yoga help get rid of some of the bulge because this is the only activity I will be doing because I can’t squeeze anymore time into my busy schedule at this time. I really would like to get my midsection in order.
