Thank you for the quick reply Gabrielle. I just had my husband observe. He said although my back is straight, it is about 5 to 10 degrees leaning forward:( When I get down, my calves and hamstrings are touching for about 3 inches from where the knee bends. I’m trying to keep my knees together, stay balanced on toes and keep back straight. When it’s time to come back up, my knees are tired and I just don’t have the strength to get back up yet. I’m working on my core and can tell strength is increasing.
