    I try not to rest my hamstrings and sometimes it happens. But I try hard not to.

    The step by step you gave me is really helpful. I worked on it today. I am excited to keep working on it and I will keep you posted on my progress. I’ve been using your ball technique for my core strengthening:)

    Thank you for the quick reply Gabrielle. I just had my husband observe. He said although my back is straight, it is about 5 to 10 degrees leaning forward:(  When I get down, my calves and hamstrings are touching for about 3 inches from where the knee bends. I’m trying to keep my knees together, stay balanced on toes and  keep back straight. When it’s time to come back up, my knees are tired and I just don’t have the strength to get back up yet. I’m working on my core and can tell strength is increasing.
