I first came across yoga when I was sixteen years old. I was in really bad health at the time but am fortunate to have a friend who introduced me to yoga. As soon as I took my first class I was hooked. After about five years of dedicated practice I took my first yoga teacher training and never looked back. I am very grateful to have discovered this wonderful healing art that has transformed my life. I now want to share this with as many people as possible. For the past eight years I have been traveling the world offering free classes to students and those less fortunate. While it has been tough on me financially, I am really happy and fulfilled. For me, when i first wanted to become a yoga instructor I knew right away that it would not be easy. I knew that in some ways it was a thankless job. But I don't care. I know it is who I am. I am currently looking to start exploring other ways to incorporate yoga into different models. I feel there are so many opportunities and I am looking to connect with someone like minded.
