I’ve noticed that one leg seems a tad bit longer. Or one of my arms are a tad bit shorter. LOL how odd.

I started a new challenge after finishing a 60 day challenge and my body still gets sore. LOL I suppose I welcome it, knowing that it’s probably new muscles getting stronger.
I have also started experimenting with doubles. I have found that I enjoy taking an early morning class and then an evening class. So enjoyable. This past week I was able to do 10 classes. Feeling really tender I made myself take a rest day. What I noticed about the double classes is that I am able to really go into the postures. I can’t explain how wonderful the second class is.
I’m still working on my breathing…
And I have improved on my anger/frustration issues. Thankfully I am learning tolerance, acceptance, and gratitude.
Am currently saving up in hopes of buying the Masterclass book….*sigh one of these days.

Just this past weekend I did a double on Saturday and Sunday back to back. After I finished my class on Sunday I felt on top of the world. I have never felt this way before. I highly recommend trying 2 classes.

    Bonmar…
My original goal was 30 days, But when I reached that goal I decided to keep on going. I didn’t want to start all over again. I am really fortunate that where I live there are early classes that I can attend before work. On the days when I couldn’t drag my bottom out of bed I would go to an evening class. The only thing that I found challenging was making sure I had an empty stomach before the afternoon classes.
Great job on your almost reaching your goal! I think after the new year I too will start a new goal.
    Have a great day!

Thanks a lot. I think I am going to try the six days a week, and see how that goes. I am really glad that I found Bikram Yoga, as well as this site.
    Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

I learned/realized something new today: If I just concentrate on my continuous breath I should be too busy to be getting frustrated or angry. Why is breathing so hard????

Actually, I enjoy yoga during period. I feel like there’s a relief on the cramps. And this past month I think my period was a bit shorter. I like to wear the longer pads with the wings.

Once again thanks for the encouraging words. It’s comforting to be able to visit this site and read everyone’s questions, worries, frustrations, accomplishments. I enjoy your comments and all the responses that you’ve shared with other yogis Geabrielle. Thanks once again.
Today was day 47. It was a great class because I got there. I noticed a couple feelings today: fear, anger and of course frustration. I noticed I am afraid to fall forward…and then anger because I couldn’t focus or complete something. And then I would get angry because I was getting angry and would try to let it go…Why am I so hard on myself??? Fear and Anger grrrrr!
Oh well tomorrow is another day, I’m sure I’m right where I’m supposed to be and learning exactly what I’m supposed to be learning.
Phew I feel better after sharing thanks for listening!
    Have a great day!

I just wanted to take a moment to share that for some reason yoga makes me feel so beautiful. I can proudly say that I am becoming more and more comfortable with looking into my own eyes. Some days I’m still a little uncomfortable, but I’m sure that will slowly go away. I love how I am growing more at ease with my body image. Other than hair in my face I am working on not having to adjust anything other than concentrating on my breath. Bikram Yoga is challenging, but I enjoy how fantastic I feel when I succeed in doing something even a little bit better than the last time I couldn’t do something. Just me looking myself in the mirror and seeing something beautiful has been priceless lately. Thank you once again for this great site.
I am learning so much every day!
Just this morning I finished my 46th consecutive day!
    Aloha,

    OMG!
So many great suggestions! Thank you soo much. The 5:30 am class really works well with my schedule, but when I can’t wake up to get to this class I go to the 6:30 pm class. I find that when I finish the evening class I don’t fall asleep for awhile (bummers). I am going to reread all of everyone’s suggestions and try and see what works for me. I really appreciate everyone’s replies, thanks again and have a wonderful week!
    Aloha,
    Natasha
