    Hi there,
    I have only been practicing Bikram solidly for the past 5 weeks, and already my body is changing. Although I haven’t lost any weight from the scales, I’ve lost 6cm from each thigh and 3cm from each bicep. More than that though is the way I feel inside! I am relaxed and calm, positive and clear-headed. All the clutter has gone. Although weight loss was the main reason I started practicing, that has quickly taken a backbench to how I feel within.
