    I started Hot Yoga on April 1, 2010. As of June 4, 2010, I have lost 8 lbs. and one dress size. My body has changed (toned and tightened) significantly. More importantly, my flexibility has increased dramatically, due, in part, to the Hot Yoga MasterClass DVD that I practice twice a week at home in addition to the studio sessions.
