Honeywell HCE840B heater owner here. Very pleased with this product. It heats my room to the desired temperature quite fast. It is easily controlled and has protection from overheat. I started to look for a heater to practice hot yoga at home. Searched reviews on different forums and it turned out that my friend bought herself a space heater not so long ago and so, she advised me this review to read. Maybe it would be helpful for someone as well.

For me, yoga was a crucial way to lessen my depression. And I’m happy because it really distracts me from my inner problems and emotional stress I’ve had for about half a year. I feel that I become calmer and less stressed after the lessons, probably because of the thing that all the adrenaline that accumulates in my blood under stress now streams out into my workout.

These questions made me laugh. Don’t see any problems in having several sets of yoga clothing if you don’t have the possibility to use your washing machine every day. And I’ve never heard that some dermatologists suggest 3-4 showers a week as a skin problem prevention. If you train every day you sweat and you need to go to the shower. I have some sets of yoga clothes and take a shower after each training. Also use my washing machine more than two times a week, because I have little children.

First of all, he should talk to his doctor. When you have some health problems it’s necessary to consult a doctor, because there could be some contraindications, concerning the exercises or sport you want to go in for.

If you think that you predisposed to this disease then yoga is a good way to keep fit. You don’t have to wait or afraid that you can’t do it or it’s not for you. Just go for it instead. Start careering about your health as soon as possible and your predisposition would seem less intimidating to you.
