What do I need to take to a Bikram Yoga posture clinic? It’s an all day event so I’m wondering if I need to take double the amount that I would normally take to a class. That is, two towels, extra water, two sets of work out clothes etc.

That would be wise since you don’t want to be sitting around in your sweaty yoga gear after class, during the actual posture clinic. 🙂 Some light snacks and a drink is not a bad idea either.

Ask for an agenda. I’ve been to clinics that had the workshop portion first followed by the regular class and the other way around too. It might be easiest to just be prepared for either case.

Thanks for the replies! I know that the class comes after the clinic. I’ll ask for an agenda as per Lee’s suggestion.
