Eating a carb-filled snack prior to workout should help as body uses amino acids for energy when glucose isn’t available. Drinking more water too helps flush out the ammonia and ofcourse keeping a check on soda intake will surely help you.

This is an interesting thread and the conversation is appealing.

Yoga class is definitely not a place to multi-task. If ones mind is racing or the attention given is not proper, one fails. Focusing more can get one out of the problem.

The heat in the room can sometimes make you uncomfortable. The body takes time to acclimatize. Keeping oneself hydrated, before and after the class, should help. Food should not be taken just before the class.

A diet that keeps you energetic and light is the best one. Yoga diet complements Yoga exercise. Include healthy food options in your diet.

    Hi everyone,

Yes, yoga does that to you. It is a sort of addiction. It is all about balance. Doing yoga decreases stress, improves flexibility and increases muscle tone and strength.

Yoga can help you reduce hunger and control those binges that most overweight people fall prey to in between diet programs.

It made a great reading here. All the stories are very interesting.
