I have heard this too but not sure where and if it was from a credible source!

Hoping it is the case as I have 3 bulging disks in my lower back and also not the greatest posture in my neck/shoulders. Not sure if these things are responsible but I’ve definitely lost a couple of centimetres from my 5’4″ and a half that I have always said was my height.
