    Yes, you got it right. The practise is mix of Yoga and Sun Salutation. Now I am unable to practice either. At present, just swinging the hand back and forth, lifting sideways, bending forward and drawing circles clockwise and anticlockwise. Lying down and lift weight upto 2 kgs slowly. These are regimen being followed.

    I practised hot yoga. I am unable to lift my hand beyond the shoulder level. stretching on the sideways is possible only on the shoulder level. Raising beyond that point is impossible. Started doing some phsiotherapy, but not giving the desired results. Any particular yoga posture or postures will help to get back to normal?
